Vibro Bran Finisher

FIELD OF USE

The vibro bran brush used in flour and semolina mills separates sticky and hard-to-separate products such as bran and filter flour by beating them with a bladed rotor rotating inside an easily replaceable sieve. Thanks to the vibro motor, the continuously vibrating machine keeps the sieve apertures clean, ensuring consistent separation. The machine operates quietly and smoothly due to vibration pads, preventing vibration from being transmitted to the floor. The product entering the sieve is processed through the sieve by the bladed rotor. The sifted material drops into the bunker, while the coarse product that cannot pass through the sieve is directed to the outlet.
