Bran Finisher
FIELD OF USE
An integral part of the flour mill, the bran brush is used in the final milling stage to remove adhering particles from the bran. This machine consists of a perforated stainless steel screen section equipped with a rotor. Separation is achieved through a fast-rotating rotor fitted with inclined blades. The product is thrown against the perforated screen, allowing the flour to pass through the sieve apertures and be directed into a hopper connected to the flour chamber.
If flour mill particles exceed the sieve aperture size, they are retained inside the sieve drum and discharged by being carried along. The machine features a patented ALAPROS central adjustment mechanism that controls product speed to ensure optimal efficiency. Additionally, there is a vibrating bran brush machine available to further enhance performance.
FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES

This is a system designed to improve product quality, production efficiency, and control by creating desired blends (wheat, barley, rye, oats, rice, lentils, corn, and other grains) for processing.
It is used in flour and semolina mills to obtain semolina and classify the produced semolina.
