FIELD OF USE

This machine is designed to remove both fine and coarse impurities from grain kernels by sifting. Thanks to its adjustable speed and tiltable screen, it can be used as a versatile grain cleaning machine.

The Vibrating Trash Separator, including rice husk separation machine, wheat separation machine, rice separation machine, rice bran separation machine, and rice separator machine, is designed and manufactured to separate coarse and fine impurities from grains before processing. The separation process is carried out based on the kernel size.

The capacity of the Vibrating Trash Separator is determined according to the application area. Large mesh screens are used for pre-cleaning to achieve high capacities in raw material (grain) storage systems, while small mesh screens are used to effectively clean wheat before processing in grain processing plants. Every aspect of the project has been carefully considered to produce high-quality machines.

The machine is available in galvanized or painted versions. Special attention should be given to safety measures, accident prevention, and compliance with environmental protection laws.
