It is a robustly built, long-lasting cleaner used for the displacement of long pieces and smaller, round particles in grains, along with broken kernels. The machine uses a cylinder with pockets that rotates, sifting out the unwanted particles from the kernels. During the rotation in the machine, which is equipped with a pocketed cylinder suitable for processing corn flakes, unwanted particles and broken kernels in the grain are collected in the cylinder pockets. Once these particles reach a certain height, they fall into the spiral and are then conveyed to the waste line by the spiral screw. The remaining particles in the cylinder are transported to the product discharge line at the end of the cylinder through the rotary motion of inclined cylinders or a combination of a roller spiral at the bottom of the inclined cylinders and the rotary motion.
