FIELD OF USE

The machine will have 13 feeding channels, each 300 mm wide. Secondary (complex) mechanics will have troubleshooting capabilities.

Each module will be equipped with a two-way vision system. The machine will have doors visible from the front inspection area, allowing for the control of accepted and rejected product flow. The machine, with independent precision control and purification techniques for any type of spot damage, will be capable of distinguishing between colors or defects. We have used two 5400 CCD cameras in each channel.

During the process, the first 6 channels will be used for sorting, the second 5 channels for coarse sorting (Resort), and the third 2 channels for final sorting.
