FIELD OF USE
It is used in various industrial sectors that require ventilation systems.
It can be produced with direct coupled motors or belt pulley drive.
It is used in conveying systems and cleaning machines in industrial facilities to prevent dust leakage from the system or to facilitate transportation in pneumatic conveying lines.
Depending on the physical structure of the facility, it can be manufactured from ST37 material or, upon request, from stainless steel or Hardox material.
The aspirator rotor is prepared for operation with static-dynamic balancing. The rotor-motor-intermediate bearing shaft is mounted using a precisely processed conical tightening system and is suitable for easy disassembly for maintenance.
The snail-shaped body has a quiet and vibration-free ergonomic design. It also features a maintenance cover and, in some cases, a condensation discharge outlet. It is produced with a speed range of 1500 – 3000 rpm.

The machine consists of two main structures. The first part is made up of a semi-cylindrical body and includes a vertically mounted rotor with moving blades, a motor drive unit, and a product passage sensor that controls the inlet and outlet pipes.
