Automatic Blending Machine
FIELD OF USE
This is a system designed to improve product quality, production efficiency, and control by creating desired blends (wheat, barley, rye, oats, rice, lentils, corn, and other grains) for processing.
In factories, flow scales are placed under wheat silos, allowing you to prepare the desired product mix based on values entered via computer, operator terminal, or the scale itself. The blending mix can be entered by providing the total kg/hour with specified percentages or by directly entering the kg/hour for each material. This ensures that the milling machines operate more efficiently and economically.
