Eremtech is proud to announce the execution of one of the region’s most ambitious agro-industrial projects — a fully integrated grain and feed processing complex in Sima, featuring advanced storage, milling, and automation systems.

The turnkey facility includes:

• A high-capacity silo system with 144,000 tons of grain storage

• A 250 tons/day wheat flour mill engineered for consistency and reliability

• A 360 tons/day feed mill for optimized livestock nutrition production

• A 360 tons/day pelletizing system ensuring compact, durable feed products

• Three pre-cleaning machines with a combined wheat intake capacity of 14,400 tons/day

From raw grain intake to fully packaged product, the Sima facility is designed for peak performance, food safety, and long-term operational efficiency. Eremtech managed the entire project lifecycle — including design, supply, installation, and commissioning.
