FIELD OF USE

The weighing process is carried out by one or two weighing units integrated into the machine. Each machine includes four (4) or six (6) spout openings per capacity. During operation, the weighing unit holds the bag in place and waits for a signal to open the discharge flaps. Once the signal is received, the product is allowed to flow, and the filling process begins.

As the spouted platform rotates, filled bags move to the shaking station, while a new empty spout aligns with the weighing station for accurate loading. Meanwhile, the operator places an empty bag onto the available spout, and the filled bag is transferred to the sewing belt for stitching. The machine’s speed can be adjusted based on the product type and bag size.
