FIELD OF USE

This machine, used for the fragmentation of the endosperm (nutritive tissue layer) obtained after crushing rollers, helps in the production of high-quality flour. In flour mills, it is used immediately after the rollers or before the sifter entrance, in both coarse and fine semolina passages.
