FIELD OF USE

This equipment is specifically used in our mills and grain processing plants at all stages of the grinding process to classify intermediate products by particle size and to sort flour. In grain processing facilities, especially flour and semolina plants, it is used to classify other products by grain size and to separate flours.

The product entering through the single or double inlet box mounted on the upper housing of the machine moves along the box toward the outlet according to the machine’s operating principle. In this way, the product is sifted through normal and horizontally divided passages according to the different grain types.

The machine is produced in two types: the standard 64×64 housing with a normal screening area, and the Jumbo 74×74 housing with a larger screening area. The machine is designed to provide the necessary oscillation through adjustable weights mounted on the shaft at the center of the machine, ensuring effective and precise sifting.

The frames used in the housings are produced in two types: standard wooden frames made of stainless steel or aluminum, and nova frames. The sieve structure is free from dents or holes that could harbor bacteria and has a smooth surface. Depending on the type of product to be processed and the diagram requirements, nylon mesh or stainless steel wire mesh is used in the frames.

FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES

  • During the production of this machine, high-quality, durable steel materials suitable for vibration and appropriate welding methods for these materials have been used.
  • By using boxes at different heights and adjusting the sieve under area with interposition rods, it is possible to achieve high capacity.
  • Depending on the type of machine, it is possible to use 24-30 rows of boxes in each passage.
  • To prevent condensation, optional insulation with wood or chrome coating can be applied inside the machine.
  • Along with mounting rods, safety ropes are provided as standard at every corner.
  • To secure the boxes, a system that applies pressure from above and can be adjusted to distribute the pressure towards the corners of the box is available at the upper entrance of the sieve.
