FIELD OF USE

It is used to continuously add the required amount of water to wheat before the dampening silos. The required amount of water for the process can be precisely adjusted on the digital display. It is used in dry cleaning units of flour and semolina mills, as well as in grain processing plants with moisture conditioning processes.

FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES

  • It can be easily used at high capacities.
  • It can be easily used with tap water, warm water, or chlorinated water.
  • When the washing tank is not in use, a pressure reduction valve can be used to achieve a constant pressure.
  • An electro-pneumatic controlled shut-off valve is used for chlorinated water.
  • Important Note: If possible, a flow meter should be used together with the water tank to maintain a constant water pressure.
